Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant
Exceptional service for the second time this year. If other assistants are available to help out they do which obviously speeds the process up.
Called in for a brochure left with a booked holiday. Chloe worked tirelessly on our behalf along with help from another advisor ( at the next desk)
Would definitely recommend.

Impressive friendly and efficient customer service.…
We were impressed by the friendly and efficient staff who booked our holiday. And when we found the tour operator had made a mistake the Hays staff quickly resolved the issue. Having booked with this Hays centre before it was great to find their customer care has remained at such an excellent level.
