Booked another holiday with Hays Travel in Crewe, we booked it with Ali who is the manager of the Crewe branch who was Brilliant, Ali got us a good deal for our holiday and also did our car parking at Manchester for us. Booking with any of the staff in the Crewe shop is always stress Free, Thankyou to you all we will Definitely see you all soon.

We could not be happier with the advice and assistance we received from Naomi when looking to book our honeymoon.
She was extremely knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful, and patient, as we reviewed different hotels and flight options. Once we had made our decision Naomi even stayed on a Sunday evening, after the shop had closed to ensure our booking was successful completed.

Always book through hays travel even my friend /neighbour does now been on cruises .all inclusives. Canary islands bed and breakfast board basis depending on country and what has to offer . Find staff helpful spend time looking at your needs for what you want out of a holiday . Already having 4 trips within a year. Living the dream. Shame they dont do a point system for loyal customers. Like loyalty in shops. Just a suggestion

We have been dealing with Chloe at Sandbach branch, but unfortunately it was closed on Sunday so we called Crewe. Lauren was very helpful (as was Chloe). We made the booking as there was only one midship cabin left and we didn’t want to miss it.

the staff made the whole prosses easy it was good to see even though Hays have grown so bigl they still have a great team.
