Lovely and helpful
Booked yet another holiday with Hays Crewe. Staff were as always lovely and so helpful. They always go above and beyond to get you the best deal. I use Hays a lot and wouldn’t book with anyone else

We got stuck on the Internet at payment stage.
We got stuck on the Internet at payment stage and after 3 attempts to pay went into town to get our booking done. Alex understood what we wanted and all was sorted.

Booking International Air ticket
It was my first time to use your service. After shopping around two weeks prior to my purchase of the airline ticket, I had requested a call or text itlf better deal came up. It didn't happen, so I had to come. I was welcomed and with in minutes I was done.
