The travel agent was very good very helpful and Hays travel is my go to travel agent.
The travel agent was very good and asked the questions that enabled me to decide what sort of accommodation would suit me. I booked a holiday while I was there and was very reassuring as I was travelling alone. She was very knowledgeable.
