Professional and efficient
All the Staff at Crewkerne are knowledgeable and helpful.I booked my holiday after the email Stacey Bailey sent with other holiday options. Stacey was on her day off therefore I booked with her assistant manager who was equally professional and efficient.

Great service from Stacey
Went in to discuss our first cruise not really having much of a clue! Stacey was brilliant.. very knowledgeable and extremely patient trying to ensure 3 couples were happy! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Took 3 hours of her time and she was fantastic. Have had an email to confirm booking and wouldn't hesitate to go back to her. Very pleased with our visit.

I was treated by your member of staff, Abigail, with complete patience as together we worked out the type of holiday I was looking for. She came up with ideas and advice which met the needs of me and of my disabled friend. She was always happy to deal with any further questions I had during the process and kept me informed at all times over a number of days. I feel she went the extra mile on my behalf.
