We book all our holidays now through the Crook branch and always get fantastic service. All the staff are very friendly, informative and helpful. They make all arrangements for us from parking to insurance. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Really friendly staff, we were looked after by Georgia who did a great job, everything explained well and we felt under no pressure to book.

Chelsey Fletcher @ Crook Hayes was the most pleasant, polite, PATIENT, person dealing with 2 demanding customers.

We had a lot of variables and questions and Chelsey was wonderful. Fabulous member of your staff!

One slight downside was that the experience of booking our holiday was prolonged due to Chelsey having to phone someone else to enquire about the booking. We were in the shop a long time.

Callum is so professional and very helpful, I’m confident the holiday I’ve booked will be wonderful.

Holiday and hotel was prefect. But book private transfer through Hays ended up with another family come into our taxi because they missed their Tui bus. On way back waited for taxi. A Tui bus turned up. So we paid for private taxi and didn’t get the service what we asked for.

The advisor, Declan was very welcoming, polite, very efficient and quick at identifying what I needed. Our holiday was quickly booked before I left the premises. Since then, Declan had sent me an email with the holiday insurance quote, which I have now paid. He also notified me immediately after our flight details from outward flight from Heathrow and return flight to Heathrow were altered.

Chelsea has gone above and beyond in finding my family a holiday.Always helpful friendly and professional.Also we need to mention a young man who i believe was Declan? Again very polite friendly and very professional.thank you to you both.We look forward to our holiday.
