Hays Travel in Crosby are Amazing
Hays Travel in Crosby are amazing! I have been booking Fred Olsen cruises with them for the last few years and they are so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. They always want the best for us and and are so happy when we go in after our cruise to tell them all about it. We actually booked 2 cruises for next year with Claire and she was amazing and Erin was amazing too. I always tell everyone on our Fred Olsen cruises how fab Hays Crosby are! They really can't do enough and are the best.

All the staff in the Crosby shop are so helpful. They are personable, approachable & really listen to your needs. Laura had taken on board my wish list, and had selected the holiday packages I had requested. I am a regular, and feel like I can trust them to guide & advise me with their knowledge. Great Travel company
This is our 5th time booking with Hays, great company, have dealt with different people and all have been so helpful and friendly, nothing to much trouble trying to get the best holiday for you. They arrange everything for you, boarding passes, checking you in, makes everything so easy for you.Also have my money travel card with them as good rates, so easy to use.

Went yesterday 14th June 2026 and I booked another holiday for next year with Erin.

Erin in Crosby branch was very helpful and friendly. We wanted to stay in Paris for a few days after going to Disneyland, Paris with my daughter.
I was not sure where to stay and Erin was very patient with me. I was really impressed by her and she stayed late after work to complete my booking.
