It’s always easy booking with hays travel, I was speaking with Deborah from the Cumbernauld store through Facebook messenger. Deborah was amazing with getting us exactly what we wanted and took her time to get us the best deals. This is my second time booking with hays travel, only place I will book my holidays going forward. Such great customer service & always extremely happy to help
