Perfect provision.
We were seen by a really helpful and attentive agent named Maisie who listened to everything we raised and addressed it. Her happy demeanor was refreshing on an otherwise cold and dull winters day.
After her patient searching we were provided with an adults only, small boutique hotel in a small and quietish resort which suited us perfectly. The flight times were selected to be more hospitable for airport transitting and reasonable transfer times.

Brilliant customer service
My query of having a ETA for Germany was answered as soon as I walked in and I got reasonably priced travel insurance for my holiday. Niamh at Cupar Hays travel was excellent explaining everything and advising for future holidays. We will be back!

Hays travel Cupar are amazing.
This is our second holiday we've booked through Hays travel and it's been a wonderful experience. Ellena has always been enthusiastic and positive about our travel plans and so helpful. We've recently booked our bucket list / dream holiday to Dollywood. It's taken lots of tweaks and questions to get it right and she's always responded quickly and positively. It was a joy to finally go in and book our holiday. I feel the staff are genuine and helpful and it's about tailoring the holiday to you and getting it right over the sale and that's why it works.
