Fantastic communication
Fantastic communication, the rep really listened to what we needed and ensured to provide it. My mother is 74 with mobility issues and the rep ensured she asked for low floor hotel room near a lift, sorted assistants at the airport for us.

The lady that sorted our holiday was very helpful and friendly. As was the lady I spoke to the day before, but she was off so had to deal with someone else. I have booked with hays travel many times and can’t fault any of my experiences.
