We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we entered the shop. We were greeted by Ceri-Ann who was very informative and couldn't do enough to help. She was so friendly and helpful. We were delighted with the holiday we booked and she did her upmost best for us. We only went in for information on cruises but with her knowledge of her own experiences and listening to our preferences we came out having booked our cruise. We will always go to Hays from now on.

Booked a holiday there , was great , straight forward and easy experience , very helpful staff , was a slight problem with booking one the hotel rooms and after a week of trying for us was offered another hotel which we accepted and we're all transfered within 24 hours of finding it.

Excellent service from start to finish very professional and explained everything in detail even though we were only booking flights checked as we requested day flight out and back nothing was to much trouble ,Ceri Ann even booked our seats suitcases and parking .absolutely wonderful ,will definitely use Hays again highly recommended, cant praise service enough

Excellent - Friendly and helpful
We visited Hays Cwmbran to search for a winter sun holiday with a preference for Lanzarote. We met Gemma who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Gemma provided suggestions and looked for offers for a suitable; resort, flights and car hire options. Over a few visits, we decided on and booked a holiday.
