Rang Hays at Dalton Park to pay for my pending holiday, I asked if they could cost flights/private transfers and luggage for a further holiday. David rang back with prices, I booked flights, transfers and luggage, very happy with the cost. Also booked a holiday for next year too. Very helpful staff, very satisfied once again.

Just returned from a 2-week holiday in Singapore and Khao Lak Thailand arranged by Hays Travel at Dalton Park. Have to say that everything went extremely well. The holiday was quite extensively customised for us by the wonderful ladies at Hays and went off without a hitch. What questions we did have were answered immediately and some small adjustments were needed were handled great. Cannot thank them enough for looking after us during our holiday, always just a phone call away. Thank you Caitlin, Kim and the rest of the staff at Hays - Dalton Park.

We have used Hays for many years and have always had good customer service. We were very happy when a branch opened in Murton and when we called in to discuss a holiday for 2028 Kay was very friendly and helpful. Kay found our holiday and we booked. She gave us her card and told us if we had any questions she would be happy to help.

Although it hasn’t been open that long in this location I have booked my holidays over many years at our other local Hays shop and as Kim moved from that location to Dalton Park it’s great that she knows us well. She knows the type of holidays we like and that makes it very easy to get booked up for our next adventure.
