Nothing was too much trouble. Recommend.
Lauren made an effort to find us a really good deal where and when we wanted to stay. She found several to choose from and we got various add ins which we hadn’t expected. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

It really was such a pleasure securing the holiday for you.
I know it may seem that we had enough staff in, however there were only two sales consultants in. One was an apprentice who can not be left on her own at the moment and the other lady is foreign exchange only. This would have meant that only one travel consultant was on the floor at a busy time.

Much needed Greek holiday

Both Millie and Daisy were very helpful, despite me having to change our cruise the next day (my fault). I've lived in Deal for just over a year, and this is the second booking I have made. This is a good travel agent.
