Again I was supported by “James “ who listened to my requirements -found the cruise I wanted and 2dates and prices that met my choices and showed me the ship /cabin allocation available and price
He was very helpful and happy to photo copy deck plans and the cabin I would occupy to study at home I booked and looking forward now to this cruising holiday

Summer 2026 exciting times
Always use Hays Travel Doncaster to book our holidays we are never tempted with money off at other places totally trust Hays who always match what we found on the TUI website. The young lady who made our booking was new to us and not quite as experienced as other members of staff but having said that she was lovely and very patient with us and it wasn’t a problem whatsoever 💕

Assistant manager Hannah at Doncaster…
Assistant manager Hannah at Doncaster helped us every step of the way to book a holiday to Mexico. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble. She checked out everything for a wheelchair users needs and came up with a great hotel with facilities to suit our needs. She even recommended the best seats for us would be premier if we wanted to pay a little extra. We chose the seats and we are so excited for our upcoming holiday. Thanks to Hannah for sorting everything out x
