Get the holiday on the jet2 app first then take it into the shop because if you don't you will get ripped off like I have
The service was good booked everything ok with jet2 the only thing wrong is I paid £564 for my holiday in the doncaster shop , when I got home I checked on the jet2 app and the exact same holiday was on there for £529 so I'm not happy with the price I paid , in fact I'm quite angry about it .

Holiday pricing, including with Jet2holidays are live and can change frequently based on demand, availability and updates from the supplier. Prices can move at any time sometimes even within minutes whether that’s on the app, online or in store.
At the time your holiday was booked, the price of £564 was the live rate available to secure the booking.
That said, we always want our customers to feel confident and happy with their booking. Please feel free to contact me directly, and I’ll happily review everything with you and ensure you’ve got the best overall package and value for your holiday.

Above and beyond.....
Sara was SO helpful and patient with a customer (me) who knew which type of destinations were wanted, and assisted to narrow my requirements down to a few. I've booked, and her guidance and information was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she took all the stress out of deciding on a holiday. Five star, and first rate, and to add to that, she's also got a sense of humour!
