Being a regular customer in your Douglas Isle of Man branch I’m well known to the staff. Thus being said it’s such a lovely family branch as the staff are so welcoming, friendly and very helpful and will go above and beyond to meet your needs excellent work always . Sandy the manager your a credit to the company .

We were assisted with booking our holiday by Tom in the Douglas branch of Hay’s Travel. He is extremely helpful and efficient . We are an older couple and not confident with technology, but we didn’t need to be as Tom did everything, and printed everything off for us. I would certainly recommend Hays travel for your holiday needs.

Very friendly and helpful representative ( Louisa) who understood our requirements and the particular needs of holidays starting from the Isle of Man.
Also ,this was a holiday booked to celebrate a noteworthy anniversary.Each of us had independently enquired about this holiday on different days without revealing it to the other- intending it to be a surprise.Fortunately and by complete chance, we got the same rep who quickly realised but was very discreet in the way she handled this 'dilema' such that we were able to share the surprise.

Great experience, Sandy was very helpful, sorted out all our queries and found us a lovely hotel in Benidorm. Even found we could go full board for a little more than the half board we had intended. Sandy took the time to talk to, and listen to us.

Hays travel are a wonderful travel company especially the Douglas branch Isle Of Man. I had booked a holiday which unfortunately due to serious ill health I am unable to go on but the Douglas team have been the best very helpful and kind they have gone above and beyond to help me. I I give special mention to Tom a lovely young man very helpful. And thanks to the Hays travel company I give them 10++++
