I found Millie
I found Millie, at Downham Market, very likeable, efficient and she dealt with my request in no time at all.
A couple of days later she advised me I could go in and book my seats on the plane to Thailand which I did. And fortunately she asked if I had dietary requirements, which I had forgotten to mention, so we sorted that. And all I can do now is hope there is no war, and I can fly off feeling a tiny bit more relaxed. !

Ella was absolutely amazing
Ella was absolutely amazing, she made the whole process very easy. I booked my holiday with Ella via email as I was unable to go in store and it was a very smooth process. She was able to give me a variety of different flight times and dates to make sure we were able to fly from our chosen airport. Highly recommend booking through Hays Travel and especially with Ella.
