Victoria was friendly and extremely helpful in helping us find and book our holiday to Lanzarote.
They even matched the online price of the Easy Jet holiday , which was fantastic
She sorted out seats and airport assistance for me without any problem whatsoever
In all a good outcome for us ' senior citizens' and ATOL protected
Our documents will be printed for us as well so no worries, just our holid6to look forward to now

Rachel managed to find a cheaper holiday than what we could online. She was courteous and confident in the information she was providing to us. She went above and beyond to find the holiday we wanted. Will definitely book with Hays again
