Staff are very good and helpful.

You can have a laugh with them.

They also tried to get the best deals for you.

You can book cheaper online than in shop which doesn't make sense this doesn't encourage people to book through the shop but they tried to match the online price which was good.

My experience with Hays Travel was really good, went through all the details clearly. They listened to what I wanted, they were understanding when it came to me explaining that I’d like everything through email due to hearing impairment. They couldn’t have been any nicer. Thank you so much!

Excellent service

Sharon was amazing. She helped us find and book 2 cruises. She spent a lot of time with us and even after we left continued to search for a specific cruise that we wanted that was fully booked. She checked regularly and a balcony cabin became available so we booked.
Sharon is an amazing and very knowledgeable manager and is an asset to Hays Travel

After calling Holly with our holiday requirements, she came back to us very quickly with hotel options. We chose our hotel&called back, Holly was off, but Kira sorted everything we needed to do & our holiday was booked. No hassle, friendly, confident staff, all we needed!
