We had our river cruise cancelled a day before we were due to leave and niamh from the Cupar office, was working in dundee that day and gave us 5 options very quickly of holidays leaving on the Monday as we were all very upset at the cancellation

Started to deal with an advisor on line, called Gill, who was extremely helpful. I then contacted the agency by telephone to book the said holiday and this was dealt with in a professional but casual way. Can't fault Hay's in any way.
