Cruise Booking
We popped in for a quick chat about a holiday on display in the window. Got the information we requested then made a booking to carry out the cruise 2027 for 4. Rebecca dealt with all of us in a pleasant manner and got the reservation completed. No issues at all.

Sandra was very helpful, getting us the holiday we wanted, working through the problem of getting a 10 night holiday with baggage when the system kept changing to 9 nights and no baggage, we would definitely recommend Hayes travel and Sandra

Holiday of a lifetime
Booking two holidays in one day was maybe a lot for Sandra to get her head round but she did it all calmy and with proffessionalim. Add on flights and a hotel at the airport were all done to complete our package for the holiday of a lifetime.
