Our last package holiday was in the 1980s so we were a bit anxious. Fiona couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring. She talked us through our wants and needs and we were delighted to settle on a trip to South Africa. Fiona was lovely and inspired trust and confidence.

Visited the Dunoon branch on a whim. Staff were very helpful and professional.
Holiday booked within 15 minutes of walking in. Paperwork was delivered to the house that same day, very impressed.

Was planning a multi centre trip to Australia and a stay somewhere on the return journey. Had specific requirements for Australia but needed ideas for the return. Scott our agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. (As were all the staff) We left Scott with all the details and very promptly he provided us with suggestions and quotes. He kept us updated and answered all our queries (nothing was too much trouble) Thank you also to Fiona for the final booking. More than happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with first of all on getting my first quote with Margaret and then completing processing my cruise with Scott. Both of them took their time to listen to my requirements and find exactly what I was looking for. I've never been on a cruise before, and Scott was great at explaining everything. I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again 😊

Margaret as usual went over and above making sure everything for this trip was just right for us as a family. Nothing seems to be a problem even when we need to tweek bits n bobs.
Ally always on the ball with foreign exchange , keeping us updated of sales etc .
I dont like the new layout of the shop but thats personal preference .

Our experience at Hays Travel was friendly and helpful. Our Travel advisor found the hotel we requested, booked our room, flights and transport. They also checked us into the flight. Basically took care of everything. Great experience.

We recently booked a family cruise with Joan at Hays travel Dunoon. As always, Joan knows what we like and had got in touch when the 2028 dates had been released.
We exchanged a few emails then on booking in the shop, Joan took time to go through all our options, getting the right cabin to suit us, making things feel less stressful.
Joans customer service has always been fantastic, she keeps us right and is happy to help or reassure with any questions we have.
Joan is always our first contact when we look to book a holiday abroad and with sharing her own personal travel experiences makes us interested in trying new destinations.
