On phoning to confirm, Kerri confirmed the details and final invoices for us. She was also very helpful. Overall a great first experience for us with the Hays sales team.

We use hays travel frequently as staff are very friendly and helpful, spoke with Elise about where we wanted to go, and holiday was booked and all details printed out without any issues

Although the staff was busy she took her time going though my booking i find there should have more staff a few customers left as wait time was quite long
