It is always preferred to speak face to face to discuss your holiday plans. Questions were answered with a professional manner backed up with on screen information and pictures. The young lady Megan we dealt with was very friendly and nothing was to much for her and yes she made us smile.

Megan was brilliant. She listened to all my requirements and explained everything clearly. She spent a lot of time searching the right holiday for myself and my friend and got us a great deal. She printed off all the information for me which was really helpful. I had been to a competitor before and their service was nothing like Hays Travel. Would highly recommend Hays Travel

helpful, Knowledgeable. and actually knew where places were that we were looking at. TUI did not know where Stratford-on-Avon was in the UK and thought the Norwegian Fjords was a River.
