It was the usual great experience. Your rep Leigh could not have been more helpful, she went the extra mile to achieve the best deal for me. As always it was a five star experience, thank you Leigh.

We felt like you listened to what it was that we actually wanted rather than what other travel groups wanted to sell. One of our large party is disabled and they could give us the reassurance we needed about the accommodation suitable unlike TUI who said they wouldn’t have an answer for me until 6 months before we travel. Which is no use when you’re planning a large family holiday well in advance. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, they also called back when they said they would.

When Dianne spoken to us we immediately knew that we would be very happy for her assistance. We already knew which holiday we wanted to book and she dealt with both us, and the Riviera Travel representative on the telephone, with such a friendly and efficient manner. We would have no hesitation in contacting Dianne again and using Hays Travel.

Just like to thank Emma and her colleagues in Elgin. Emma was friendly,helpful and very efficient advising and organising everything for the holiday during the booking process.

I went into Elgin branch with my elderly parents to book a holiday to Salzburg. Karen was very friendly and helpful researching the best flights and hotel for our stay. The main highlight of the trip was to take my parents to a Mozart Dinner Concert. Karen went above and beyond to email the hotel to get the best experience. Excellent service 👌
