Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful in Elgin branch of Hays! I arrived in store quite late in the day looking for a holiday to Orlando. The agent wasted no time finding me the best deal suited to my requirements and worked over closing time!
There was no rush and I was happy to book there and then. Thats why I keep returning to Hays Travel. Thanks again!

Aimee at Elgin made my booking experience great. I only met Aimee last August when she arranged a holiday to Geneva for me so of course I went back for her to arrange this trip to Milan. Aimee is amazing at her job.
