As always the staff at Hays Travel in Eltham are so professional knowledgeable helpful & friendly & we wouldn’t book our holidays anywhere else. They went to great trouble to make our booking but were let down by the airline which changed the the flight so we had to cancel. We will be going back again to Hays to try something else as they always give us such good service.
