Booking with Hays
We always use Hays as we get a full service including finding us a holiday, arranging plane seats car parking and printing boarding cards, etc. Simon in the Ely shop is so professional and friendly that we always try to go to him. He's found us some great holidays.

Excellent personalised customer service from Natalie in Hays, Ely to secure us our first ever cruise with P&O for next year. Lots of experience and help in choosing cabin location, excursions and general information. Will be returning to book another holiday again!
