Lauren was wonderful. She listened to our ideas. She found us a quote, she printed it off so that we could take it away with us. She followed up with us by email and answered further questions. When we finally booked she did it all smoothly and had relevant anecdotes to tell us about her experiences which really made us excited about the holiday ahead.

Excellent welcome and atmosphere throughout. Quick and reassuring response to questions and fine-tuning suggestions. A tad more clarity about next steps would have been appreciated but, overall, it was an uplifting and heartening experience.
