The customer service was phenomenal. The manager greeted my partner and me right away and kindly offered us a tea or coffee. We were then introduced to Paula, who was amazing throughout the process. We narrowed it down to two holiday options, one of which was £1,000 more expensive. Paula honestly told us there wasn’t much difference between them and asked the manager for her opinion. Without hesitation, the manager recommended the holiday that was £1,000 less. I often worry about being upsold in situations like this, but instead, we felt genuinely cared for and treated with integrity. A truly refreshing experience! And the holiday looks amazing.

I felt really comfortable and the staff are lovely, I was made a cup of coffee while my holiday was being booked I was well looked after, I will be returning to book my next holiday, there advice is also very welcoming.
