This was indeed a great holiday. Life aboard the Fred Olsen Borealis was full of excitement, good food and entertainment. Peter in the Fareham branch did us proud. Well done.

Reliable travel agent
We choose the holiday we wanted then went into hays travel to book it. Charmaine was very helpful and had all the paperwork done and explained to us in very quick time. We always use hays as the staff are very pleasant.

The booking process for our Cruise was so much easier ‘Face to Face’ rather than battle with the On-Line process and then worry about if everything was correct.
