Karen listened to what I was looking for and fulfilled my expectations of her fully. I have booked an amazing holiday with Karen's help and expertise. Can't wait until next year ❤️

From start to finish Karen was 1st class, within 15 mins all our questions were answered and booking made.

Both girls in the shop were very helpful and made sure I had the right deal to suit the family

Representative was friendly and well informed. No problem getting a variety of quotes for our trip eg with balcony without. Process was smooth and deal and advice was good so good 3 other friends booked the holiday

Booked a trip to see Abba The Voyage in London, a two-night stay with Easyjet flights and a three-star hotel in central London. Plus transport to and from the hotel to show.
Karen was very helpful and did everything I asked.
Afterwards, I priced up the three legs for two people - flights, hotel room and show and I have paid a lot more to Hays for the convenience of booking the trip for me. I was prepared to pay some more obviously but it worked out at around 50% more. Just for the transport between hotel and show! Which was disappointing.
So when booking through a travel agent, have an idea of what it should cost - unless you are happy to pay significantly more for someone else organising it for you.

The reception from Karen was pleasant. She was attentive listening to my requests and answered my concerns in a professional and helpful manner. It was a pleasure dealing with her as I would do again if requiring travel help .

It's a nice place friendly staff clean.
The downside is entertainment but that might be because it's beginning of November. The food isn't bad we always found something to eat. All in all we have had a lovely chill holiday.

Emma spent a lot time helping to sort and book my cruise holiday within the branch. Had a lovely experience and very pleasant to deal with. I have also highly recommended family members to go visit for booking further holidays..
