We got to our accommodation and it was…
We arrived at the accommodation at 11:00 but had to wait until 15:00 to check in. When we finally got to the room, there were two separate mattresses pushed together with a noticeable gap in the middle, all covered with single sheets, and some of the sheets were stained.
The accommodation was also much further away than expected. While the staff themselves were polite and not the issue, we felt we needed more guidance and help on arrival. After checking in at reception in the main building, we were then sent outside to a different room.
The room also didn’t warm up properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it hasn’t been the best holiday experience so far due to the room conditions and lack of support.

We regret that your check-in was delayed and the room wasn't up to standards this is the case with early arrivals in most destinations. We also acknowledge the location and support issues you faced. After checking your booking notes my travel advisor has noted that you were advised the location was not central but hotel was withing your price range. We do appreciate your feedback, we will make a note of hotel beds and heating issues for future reference.

the process of booking was made easier…
the process of booking was made easier than booking on line. This in part due to the accomodation not being available for cosy doubles which are advocated in the introduction for single bookings for most of our choices. In fact we had to resort to choosing only one available out of 5 destinations we had short listed. The fact that the coach seatings were barely a 1/4 full meant that the detinations were not almost fully booked. An inexplicable conumdrum.
