This was the first occasion I have used Hays Travel, and I was recommended to contact Rhian. From the outset until conclusion Rhian provided exceptional customer service and offered numerous alternatives as our selection as to where we wanted to stay clarified. Rhian double checked everything before finalising the booking and taking payment. I cannot commend her enough and the training you have provided. Many thanks.

If we want to book a cruise we always head for Macey in the Flint office! She always listens to what we want, then goes out of her way to make sure that she finds it for us. It always amazes me that she never fails to remember my name. The personal touch makes a huge difference.

Our experience on booking our holiday was very easy and the young trainee epwho dealt with our booking was really lovely along with the lady who was training her. I always use our local hayes travel in flint because I know we will be well looked after and can always rely on them to help if we are ever concerned about things.
