From uncertainty to positivity.
Everything was explained and lots of options were given. The holiday was taken into consideration for the ages of the travellers. I did not feel that I had to book immediately and there was no pressure on the sale decision. I would book again with Hays in Forest Side and would also recommend this outlet.

The staff are always very patient and helpful when I call in for advice and costs for my trips. I like that they can give their opinions and tailor travel to suit my needs. Even if it takes a bit longer, they always try and get the best options suitable for me.
