We were very impressed with Jess at Formby branch. She was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to try and give us a good deal.

Jess at the Formby branch was brilliant, as usual, and it was quite entertaining watching her deal, professionally, with a couple who were unsure of the procedure. She always seems to be pleased to see us and always has a smile on her face. Great experience again.

Lily was super patient with us,sorted everthing out eventually, very professional.10/10 and a gold star.

The young lady I met, had excellent knowledge, noted all my requests and dealt with them and included me in every step until she had a very successful finish without any rushing. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We gave Jess a challenge of pulling together a particular hotel, flight and dates. Less than 24hrs later it was organised and booked! All the effort taken out and no more expensive than doing it ourselves but far less time. Brilliant, thank you Jess!

Went to see what deals they had on display, enquired but not what we wanted. Asked about a certain hotel we have been before only to find it had vacancies, the right dates, airport and the price was great.
