Went out of way to help and altered quotes etc when we changed minds. Booked seats quick on planes so we could sit together.

Jess was extremely helpful in finding a cruise for us. She also suggested other options such as a drinks package and coach to Southampton which we were happy to have arranged for us. She also listed the documents we need etc.
