Fast and efficient staff who are very courteous and polite
The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful and will do everything to make your holiday experience and booking easier and as hassle free as possible. Have booked with them before and their service is excellent

Easy to chat to reviewed all concerns what was covered what is not covered in the cruise. Also gave advise about travelling the day before to catch cruise ship which leaves early morning. Advised us on available packages and if for example we opted for a restaurant that was not part of the package. Agent v helpful
