We went to book a cruise via Hays in Gainsborough. Our agent, Alice was really helpful. She was able to make our booking, and took time to explain the itinerary as well as options for flights to reach our port of departure.

Im a returning customer. My 1st booking with Hayes was a tour to south Africa which was amazing and that was booked with Sean in the Retford branch, on my return I was keen to book another tour but the Retford branch was going through a refurbishment so I went to the Gainsborough branch and was looked after by Hannah who was lovely. I booked a 17 day tour to Vietnam and she got me the best price through Mercury Travels.

Robyn at Hays Travel Gainsborough was amazing, we went in with a vague idea of what we wanted and she talked through with us about what we wanted from our Lapland break for 2026, she worked with us to get the best price and called us once she had got the additional information we’d asked for. We called in the day after to pay our deposit and Robyn got all of our paperwork together and even sorted us out with a pre paid card to be able to use whilst on all of our future holidays.
Happy with the customer service we received, Robyn went above and beyond for us. Thank you

The rep I had was great, she helped us with being first time cruisers and requiring a disability room she was informative and gave great suggestions in the type of cruises to go for as a first time. It took time to organise but the rep was very calm and understanding.
