Able and efficient.
My travel agent was able to listen, which I find very important. She researched the possibilities for me and then presented me with her findings. I chose the best option for me and she booked it. She was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable and I shall have no hesitation in asking her to help me again in the future and in recommending her to others.

Gemma at Hays was recommended to us by a friend so we thought we would ask her to look at options for our 2023 holiday. We gave her a list of things we like in a holiday and a budget and she came back with some great options. Gemma really looked after us and her options were very competitive.
