I reached out to Gemma following several recommendations from friends, as we were looking for a holiday but wasn't sure where to start looking. Gemma was very responsive and came back with a number of suggestions. After lots of email exchanges, we settled on one particular hotel however availability was very low, but Gemma persevered and was able to book this for us. Gemma is fantastic at finding holidays that you request. Not only does she search and send relevant information but, she also looks at alternative hotels/areas that you may like to provide you with options.
