Karen was, as usual, extremely, patient and very helpful. She found us the exact villa where we wanted to go. And the best fights at the right times. Will defiantly be coming back next year.

Our third year with Hays in Goring. Megan has worked patiently and with a lot of effort to help me get my husband to a place where he can book a holiday (severe flying phobia).

Spoke with Karen who was extremely pleasant and personable and who dealt with us very well. She discussed all our issues and found answers over the phone to put our holiday together. Only problem was peripher noise from other machines / telephones. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great service.
We spoke to Chelsea and were very impressed at how quickly she was able to find a particular holiday we requested. It took a lot of stress and time out of trying to sort out the final details yourself. Great service.
