Poland holiday
When me and my brother first walked into Hayes travel in Gosport we were met by a lovely young lady called Katie. She helped us with everything we needed sorted everything out. There's nothing really else to say. She was wonderful. I give her 100 out of 100 for customer service and how cheerful she was, it was just a lovely experience well done Katie.

Kirstie and the Hay's Gosport team were very helpful with planning and booking our trip to Dubai next year (2026). First time we have used a travel agency and we will use the Gosport branch again.

Kirstie greeted me when I entered the shop, as a regular customer for booking cruises, she knew me very well. The team in Gosport are all very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly

Megan was extremely helpful. Having been recently widowed I was looking for a holiday where single travellers are not penalised unnecessarily. I had seen a holiday, which incorporated my historical interest. Megan spent a time finding answers to my wishes. I left feeling excited and nervous and really looking forward to my holiday. Excellent experience at Hays Travel
Excellent experience at Hays Travel, Gosport as always. We were served by a member of staff that we have dealt with on previous occasions. She listened to our requirements and took time and effort to find us a holiday that met all our requests. All the staff are very helpful but it is nice to be able to deal with same person, who you are familiar with and who understands you and your needs

Kirstie was fantastic! Super efficient, knew her stuff, and exhausted every resource possible and managed to successfully find our last minute dream Christmas break!
