Sarah and Amy listened to my needs and requirements. Cannot fault the brilliant help. Well done to them. I am most grateful. Definitely use Hays Travel again. I came away less stressed than went in.

Kate at Grantham was brilliant, from our first contact via phone, then email options and finally going in to store to book. We felt comfortable with her and that she was doing the best for us with what we wanted to get from our family holiday.
