We saw Nicola at Great Yarmouth, and she was brilliant. She was soooo helpful, and took a long time to get the best deals for us, and ended up saving us quite a bit of money.
I had a major problem with flights involving change of dates and hotel reservations but Iona was very patient and after two visits it was resolved.

Smashing experience!
Always an absolute pleasure working with Nathan from the Great Yarmouth branch, his destination picks never fails, he has opened my eyes to areas of the world I wouldn’t have thought about exploring.
The booking process was very easy and comfortable he explained to me the benefits of having him as a travel representative even down to the minor details such as activity bookings and holiday extras.

A specific request achieved
I wanted to go to Europe to see Giant Pandas and hadn't managed to find a short break myself. Megan found a good deal in Berlin and we could then book the Zoo which was very close to the Hotel. Megan was professional, thorough and very helpful. We amended the date before booking and she handled this with ease and a friendly smile.
