We saw Nicola at Great Yarmouth, and she was brilliant. She was soooo helpful, and took a long time to get the best deals for us, and ended up saving us quite a bit of money.
I had a major problem with flights involving change of dates and hotel reservations but Iona was very patient and after two visits it was resolved.

In genera, the complete hepfulness of the Customer Rep, nothing was too much or difficult for her. My Wife and I have both visible and Non visible Disabilities and the Rep was extremely considerate of these when helping us.
