Jade was a very pleasant young lady who booked our holiday very quickly and talked us through it all. We got exactly the holiday we wanted.

I had a really positive experience with Hays Travel, Greenock, from start to finish. The service was excellent, and I genuinely felt looked after throughout the whole process.

She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a holiday, asked the right questions, and really listened to my preferences. At no point did I feel any pressure to book something. So far the trip has only been arranged. Alayna was the agent involved and was very helpful, knowledgable and cheerful. She was unfazed by the change of plans for a Mediterranean cruise to a single city even after she had put the effort into sorting the cruise.
Alayna was able to incorporate a variety of requirements to ensure the trip was tailored to our needs.
