She nabbed us a great deal on a luxury cruise for my Big Birthday, and as novice cruisers, Hannah was really informative about best cabin decks and positions. Hannah Prosser was fantastic she really helped guild me through my booking. As it is my first cruise she answered all my questions and gave me information about things I haven't even thought of yet. She has an huge amount of experience, that really shines through when I spoke to her. I would definitely recommend and I will be booking again.

Dealing with 26 people on trip is hard enough, Hannah made the booking process so so easy, the area the hotel is spot on for our needs.
