We always book our holidays at Hays…
We always book our holidays at Hays travel. We booked our last one on the 3rd of October for Christmas and the New year. Tryvell was very helpful, gave us lots of advice on getting private transfers as out hotel is on a bit of a slope and we would have to pull our cases up it. He is very professional, Amanda ,Kate ,George and Tryvell have always looked after us very well.

The staff (George) was extremely friendly and helpful. They also were adaptable regarding disabilities that I had. He made the booking easy and that we were informed the whole way through.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we really do appreciate the feedback. We do always reccomend booking the shore excursions either through the cruise line or a trusted third party, of which we work with one that has a back to ship guarantee on every excursion.
The reason as to why we will always reccomend booking through one of the above two is they will guarantee that you are back to the ship on time and that the ship will not leave without you in the event of any delays.
If you are interested in booking any excursions, please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to assist in the booking process of these.

Xander was very helpful. He listened to what we had in mind - area, half board, preferred airport etc.
We managed to book the area and airport we wanted, and more cheaply than some of the holidays I had researched.

Happy Customer Experience
As we've seen the advert on the T.V. several times and was thinking of booking a holiday we decided to pop into Hays. Definitely didn't disappoint, as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted. Great customer service and went through our holiday destination thoroughly with us. We are delighted to say ended in us booking our summer holiday.
