We had a fantastic experience at Hays, Alison that booked us up was so helpful, she had so much knowledge to help make our experience easy, she told us things we didn’t know which will come in handy travelling with an autistic child, she helped with insurance , assistance and everything, thanks again

Booking straight forward
Booking straight forward . Member of staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.Updated us re tax on arrival to hotel, only criticism is we were not made aware we would also have to pay extra on arrival for air-con, WIfi and safe and didn't discover this until when reading reviews on arrival home 😟
